Airflow Core of the Technology. The basis of the Aeromeh grain cleaning complex is a unique airflow generator. The grain mass is suspended and passes through 9 turbulent air flows, where it is separated by density. Due to the precisely calibrated configuration of airflows, depending on specific weight, the grain is divided into five fractions.

Risks in Practice

Technology Imitation. Another indicator of our technology’s popularity, unfortunately, is counterfeiting. Some try to steal the idea, copy the brand, and poorly imitate the technology. The core of the technology is the airflow generator. Replacing it with an impeller completely negates the working principle.

Such a simplification is cheaper for manufacturers but expensive for farmers, who end up with an imitation instead of real advantages and unique capabilities.

European Priority. Unfortunately, this was faced by farmers, in particular, in Poland. A local company patented the external design of our separator several years ago. However, justice and common sense prevailed—Aeromeh successfully challenged the unjustified European patent and defended its priority.

  • Yet, the case did not end there. Despite the European Patent Office confirming Aeromeh’s priority, in 2024, a new patent for the separation method was registered in Poland.
  • This is yet another dishonest attempt to copy Aeromeh technology and rebrand it as an original invention.

Test of Credulity. At times, fraud reaches outright deception of farmers.

How does it happen?

  • A company offers a farmer to test a new machine at a very low price and attractive terms.
  • The farmer signs an agreement, pays a small deposit, and tests the equipment.
  • They are promised that if they are dissatisfied, the company will take the machine back and refund the deposit.
  • But once the deposit is paid, the seller disappears.

It turns out that the “deposit” was actually the full price of the product, and the farmer unknowingly purchased a low-quality machine that fails within weeks. Meanwhile, the seller is no longer interested in the product, service, or warranty.

The Right to Authenticity. Many deceptive schemes exist on the market. Aeromeh will do everything possible to protect farmers’ rights to receive authentic technology and its unique advantages—not a counterfeit imitation.
