FEATURES OF THE SEPARATOR SAD-100 WITH CYCLONE

Separators CAD-100 with cyclone are suitable for cleaning and sorting all types of seeds. They are used by large agricultural enterprises, elevators, feed mills, agricultural holdings and grain traders who need a capacity of 100 t/h. The uniqueness of this equipment is in high-precision calibration of grain by specific gravity, seed uniformity during separation ± 3%, which makes it possible to isolate the most complete and healthy seeds, with a strong germ, high sowing qualities and with a high gluten content, high protein content. The quality of separation is higher than that of the currently known separators and calibration machines.

MAINTENANCE OF THE CAD-100 SEPARATOR WITH CYCLONE

Separator CAD-100 with cyclone is very easy to maintain, reliable, often able to replace the machines of an existing line, easily integrated into existing cleaning and calibration lines. The separator works with grain of any degree of contamination and moisture content without reducing the quality of separation and productivity. It has low power consumption. CLEANING AND CALIBRATION

The separator performs cleaning and calibration of all known types of seeds, namely: Wheat, Barley, Oats, Millet, Sunflower, Corn, Peas, Mustard, Rice, Soybeans, Sorghum, Vetch, Lupine, Cumin, Flax, Rapeseed, Buckwheat, Grass seeds, vegetable seeds, melon seeds, bean seeds, and so on. The separator is also capable of cleaning and calibrating all known bulk materials with a diameter of up to 15 mm. Also, the CAD separator sorts quite well such materials as: Crushed stone, granite chips, pebbles, marble chips, abrasive material, zeolite, rock dumps, and so on.

LOADING THE SEPARATOR

The grain supply must be organized independently to the height of the CAD-100 separator with a cyclone. The separated grain is divided into 5 fractions. There are 2 variants of trays: trays with bag holders or trays-pipes with a diameter of 100 mm. At the request of the customer, the separators are equipped with wheels.

CYCLONE

A cyclone is an equipment for capturing dust, light impurities and fine particles that come with the source material for separation. The proposed cyclones are designed only for CAD separators and are their integral part; they are built directly into the machine. They are used at enterprises with strict environmental and sanitary requirements for production. Distinctive features: compactness, low power consumption, ease of operation.

METHODS OF INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF THE CAD-100 WITH CYCLONE

The separator is installed at grain cleaning complexes or in any other adaptable premises where it is possible to load and unload the separator.
